We have wonderful news to share with you all. The First Baptist Church in Herkimer has been acquired by the Business and Professional Association of Herkimer.
We currently have pre-possession of the building while the paperwork is being completed. The building does need some work and we will be setting up some time in the near future to start working on it. At this time, we can NOT hire anyone, but will be looking for volunteers to donate a few hours of their time to assist us.
At this time we can NOT open the building to the public, only to our members (for insurance liability reasons).
Once everything is finalized, this will be our main office and will allow us to promote community events right here in downtown Herkimer.
We are excited about this opportunity and feel that it is a positive step in our future. Thank you everyone for your continued support. Without our members and without our community, this would not be possible.
